The Radiocube team is well aware of the fact that support is important, especially during installation and beginning of operation.
Out of this reason we grant all of our customers a 60 day free of charge phone support right after acquiring a Radiocube ONAIR license.

For phone support after the first 60 days you will be charged € 30,00 per call and half hour. Additional phone support can be ordered (order phone support here). Email support is free of charge.

Support will be given during our office hours, Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. (UTC 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.).
